College of Languages

The Department of English and the Department of Translation from the College of Languages organized a symposium on language and pragmatism on Tuesday 13/12/2022. Starting the symposium off, the President of the University talked about the concept of pragmatism and its existence in the Kurdish language. Then the Dean of the College spoke about the importance of closely studying the subject. The panelists presented their seminars afterwards and gave the audience a chance to join the discussion at the end. It is worth noting that the symposium took place in the presence of the President of Nawroz University Prof. Dr. Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa and the Dean of the College of Languages Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Ahmed, alongside numerous lecturers and students.
