On Saturday, October 26, 2024, the College of Law and Politics at Nawroz University held a seminar titled "The Right to Self-Determination within International Law and Federal Constitutions," presented by Dr. Hirsh Fadel Shakir and Prof. Dr. Bewar Abdulrahim Mohamedamin.
