In Cooperation with Organizations Coordination Network, Nawroz University Organized a Symposium
With the cooperation of the Network of Civil Organizations, the College of Law and Political Science held a symposium on the dangers and harms of narcotic substances, on Sunday, 12/18/2022.
At the beginning, the President of Nawroz University, Prof. Dr. Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa, gave a speech in which he empathized the importance and seriousness of the issue and its connection to the daily lives of our people.
Afterwards, Mr. Lawen Thawri Hassan delivered a speech on the network of civil organizations, and proceeded to praise NU for addressing such a sensitive conundrum.
Then, a documentary on these substances and their negative effects as we well as risks to individuals and our society at large was shown alongside other panels.
