Nawroz University and Mesopotamia Foundation Organised an International Workshop on Legal Terminology
Under the agreement established between Nawroz University and the Mesopotamia Foundation in northern Kurdistan-Turkey, the Department of Law at the College of Law and Politics, in collaboration with the aforementioned institution, organized a three-day workshop (5-7/5/2023) centered around the topic of "Standardizing Legal Terminology".
This workshop witnessed the participation of a distinguished group of experts and specialists, including faculty members from the College of Law and Politics, language experts from Nawroz University, advisors from the Shura Council in the Kurdistan region, the former president of the Independent High Electoral Commission in Iraq, jurists working in Duhok correctional facilities, and specialists from the Universities of Duhok and Salahaddin.
