• Discuss the laws of special needs and amend them according to their requirements.
• Identify the difficulties and suffering that people with special needs face in order to identify appropriate means to improve their situation.
• Highlight the rights of people with special needs in international laws, treaties and instruments.
• Provide a suitable environment for students to deal with people with special needs.
