Nawroz University, in cooperation with the International Labour Organization and the RAND Institute, organized a development course for a large group of internally displaced people and refugees at the centre of Duhok Governorate.

Information about the course:

1- Organized by: Nawroz University, in cooperation with the International Labour Organization and the RAND Institute.

2- Location of the course: Nawroz University.

3- The number of participants in the course was 160 young adults.

4- The duration of the course was 24 hours spread over five days.

5- The course was from the 7/25/2021 until the 7/30/2021.

Course objectives:

The main objective of the course was enabling internally displaced people and refugees to obtain employment opportunities and to better integrate them into the community of Dohuk Governorate and Sumeel District.
