On Saturday, 27 September 2025, the College of Law and Politics at Nawroz University hosted an open academic seminar with Mr. Farhad Amin Atroushi, who previously served as a lecturer at Nawroz University, later as a member of the Iraqi Parliament, and subsequently as the Governor of Duhok.
The seminar gathered faculty members and academics specializing in law and politics to discuss the topic of federalism principles within the framework of the Iraqi Constitution. Mr. Atroushi shared valuable insights drawn from his extensive academic background and political as well as administrative experience.
