A cooperation agreement has been signed between Nawroz University and Penus Institute for Language Learning with the aim of raising the language proficiency of students at the College of Law and Politics.

During the signing ceremony, the President of Nawroz University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, emphasized the importance of the agreement’s provisions in serving the wider Kurdish community, particularly in Duhok Governorate.

The agreement includes several key points, most notably the launch of training courses to strengthen the Arabic language skills of final-year students at the College of Law and Political Science.

The event was attended by the University President, the Vice President for Administrative, Financial, and Student Affairs, the Dean of the College of Law and Politics, the Career Development Center, along with a delegation from Penus Institute.
