Nawroz University started the process of standardization in its administration in March 2022 and is now trying to implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards. In the process of standardization, Nawroz University started capacity building trainings for its staff members. Training covered topics of Quality management System and also topics related to EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management). The trainings were about the following subjects: Meetings Management and Minutes of Meeting, HR Process Management, How to do Workshops and Trainings, Procurement and Inventory Management, Quality Health, Safety, and Environment System, Process landscape, Process Structure, and Process flow and Introducing Process Ownership.
