On Sunday, 11 January 2026, and in the presence of the President of Nawroz University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, and his Assistant, Prof. Dr. Hoger Taher Tawfiq, the Human Resources Department, in cooperation with the College of Languages, organized a course entitled Academic Writing in Kurdish. Certificates were awarded to participants at the conclusion of the course.
The course lasted for more than four days and included both theoretical and practical sessions. Participants called for organizing more similar courses to further develop their skills. The lectures were delivered by Prof. Dr. Ameen Abdulqader Omar, Dean of the College of Languages, under the supervision of Ms. Kurdistan Khalil Ibrahim, Director of Human Resources.
