President of Nawroz University Receives Prominent Kurdish Researcher
On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the President of Nawroz University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, received Dr. Adel Bakawan, Director of the European Center for Middle Eastern Studies.
During the meeting, both sides held fruitful discussions on opportunities for cooperation, strengthening academic relations, and advancing higher education and scientific research.
Later, Dr. Bakawan held a special session with students from the Department of Politics. He and the students also appeared on a special program on WAR TV, where they discussed political and cultural issues in the Kurdistan Region.
