On Wednesday, 4 February 2026, Salahaddin University honored Prof. Dr. Dilshad Abdulrahman Yusuf, Dean of the College of Law and Politics at Nawroz University, during a special ceremony recognizing 167 professors who obtained academic titles from Salahaddin University.
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of Erbil, the University President, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as academics and representatives of political parties.
