As part of its efforts to enhance international academic cooperation, the College of Languages at Nawroz University, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Ameen Abdulqader Omar, participated in a specialized training program titled "Standardizing Educational Criteria in Developing Countries". The program was organized in coordination with Vision Education, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Erbil, and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
The course was hosted by the Chengdu Institute for Standardization and brought together participants from nine developing countries. It took place in Chengdu City from June 6 to June 19, 2025.
The program aimed to enhance participants' capacities in implementing and maintaining global standards for creativity in educational institutions. The sessions were delivered by professors from various leading Chinese universities, and the schedule also included field visits to scientific institutions and innovation companies in both Chengdu and Beijing.
This program provided a valuable opportunity for participants to learn from China's advanced experiences in education and innovation, and to exchange knowledge and expertise with representatives from countries across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
